blameF CS2 settings, stats and whether BIG's captain is too good for tier two
One reply under a Reddit post called "BlameF stats since joining BIG", at the end of January 2026, put it bluntly: "BlameF is insanely overqualified to be in T2." He'd been on the team for three weeks. People were already arguing about whether his numbers meant anything.
People are still having that argument in October 2026, and the numbers keep giving them reasons to. Benjamin "blameF" Bremer is a Dane, born 10.06.1997, who made HLTV's top 20 four years running (2020-2023), and he calls for BIG, ranked #37 in HLTV's world ranking of 19.10.2026.
blameF's CS2 settings, per his ProSettings page checked on 22.10.2026, are 400 DPI at 1.55, which works out to 620 eDPI. That's a slower setup than NiKo's or ZywOo's, and it hasn't stopped him rating above 1.2 on three different teams.
The short file on Benjamin Bremer
Is blameF too good for BIG?
HLTV's team page gives him a 1.24 Rating 3.0 across 177 maps for BIG, checked on 22.10.2026. In the three months to 22.10.2026 he was at 1.21 over 48 maps. Before that, HLTV's signing story credited him with a 1.21 average over 18 months at fnatic. And when Astralis benched him in February 2024, HLTV put his Astralis average at 1.23. HLTV has changed its rating model along the way, so those older figures aren't a perfect like-for-like. They still point the same way. He's been a 1.2-ish player on three different teams, whether he was calling or not.
BIG's own standing is a lot lower. In HLTV's ranking of 19.10.2026 BIG sat #37 in the world. Valve's VRS ranking had them #27 (#21 in Europe) on 22.10.2026. HLTV described their first half of 2026 as "dominating the tier-two circuit", with four event wins and three second places before the IEM Cologne Major, which was their first tier-one event of the season. blameF said as much himself on Major media day: "We're not playing tier-two and three just to lose as soon as we meet a good opponent."
BIG are a tier-two team that has started getting into tier-one events (the Cologne Major, the Esports World Cup, FISSURE Playground #3), and they hadn't gone deep in any of them by October 2026.
The gap inside the roster is the part the Reddit thread was really pointing at. On the same HLTV page, his four teammates sit between 1.04 and 1.14 for their current spells: gr1ks 1.14, tabseN and JDC 1.10, faveN 1.04. blameF is the only one above 1.2, and he's the one making the calls. At Astralis in 2023 he told HLTV he expected the opposite: "I know it's going to take a hit." At BIG, calling every round, it hasn't: 1.24.
Does that make him "overqualified"? Part of it is the opposition. A 1.24 against tier-two lineups isn't the same thing as a 1.24 at IEM. But he's been within a few hundredths of this number at Astralis too, against top teams. The rating is real, and the level of the opponents is the thing still to prove.
400 DPI, 1.55 sens: the 620 eDPI he plays on
blameF's settings below come from his ProSettings page, marked "Last updated: Oct 20, 2026", which we read on 22.10.2026.
Multiply 400 by 1.55 and you get 620 eDPI. Liquipedia's oldest settings table, dated 04.11.2021 (his first day as an Astralis player), shows a ZOWIE EC2 at 400 DPI and 1.27 sensitivity. That's 508 eDPI. So over five years he has sped up by roughly a fifth, and he's still slower than NiKo or ZywOo (more on that below).
He also fiddles. The reader comments on that ProSettings page log sensitivity corrections at 1.71, 1.65, 1.49, 1.6, 1.51 and 1.55 as of 20.10.2026, each one confirmed by the site admin. If you're copying the number, check it again before a long session, because it may have moved. For more pro configs side by side, see our CS2 pro player settings roundup.
A small teal cross, and where it sits next to NiKo and ZywOo
ProSettings lists a static classic cross for him: length 2, thickness 1, gap 0, no dot, no outline, no T-style, in a green-teal colour (red 26, green 226, blue 166) at full opacity. It's small and closed up, the kind of crosshair that sits on a head and doesn't cover much of it.
There's no official share code for it, so enter the values by hand or build it in our CS2 crosshairs guide.
Viewmodel, same page: FOV 68, offset X 2.5, Y 0, Z -1.5.
People like to line his settings up against the star players, and the eDPI numbers make that easy. On the same day, ProSettings listed NiKo at 800 DPI x 0.8 = 640 eDPI and ZywOo at 400 x 1.9 = 760. blameF's 620 is the slowest of the three, only just slower than NiKo. All three sit in the same broad band, so his sensitivity is ordinary for this level.
A desk he rebuilt in 2026
Most of what's on his desk is new in 2026. ProSettings' gear history dates the AOC AG246FK monitor (24.1 inches, 540 Hz, TN panel), a Logitech G513 keyboard, a SteelSeries QcK+ pad and Logitech G333 earphones from 11.04.2026. The headset is a white Logitech G Pro X 2, listed since 04.09.2025.
The mouse has changed twice in 2026. Between 28.03.2026 and 04.10.2026 the page logged an unreleased ZOWIE ergonomic shape, and since 04.10.2026 it's been the Logitech G Pro X3 Superstrike in Magenta Eclipse, which a reader spotted in a tournament clip. Before 2026 he'd spent years on Logitech Superlights and a ZOWIE XL2546K monitor.
ProSettings doesn't publish any keyboard settings for him, so we can't say anything about actuation points or key bindings. If you're setting up your own desk, our best CS2 settings for 2026 guide covers the video side.
From CS:GO to CS2: Heroic, Complexity, Astralis, fnatic, BIG
Liquipedia's history starts small: Aquiver eSports in early 2017, then the Danish sides Great Danes (2018) and Epsilon (2018-2019). Heroic signed him on 17.01.2019, and he called for them for eight months, long enough to take them to top-eight finishes at the ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals and ESL One Cologne 2019, according to HLTV.
On 26.09.2019 Complexity bought him as in-game leader to replace Rickeh, the first piece of Jason Lake's "juggernaut" project. The lineup changed under him again and again, with players like jks coming in by October 2020, and it won one big title: BLAST Premier Spring 2020 European Finals. On 29.10.2021 Complexity parted ways with him. He later said on stream that it was the organisation's decision.
Six days later, on 04.11.2021, Astralis signed him with k0nfig as they moved on from dupreeh, Magisk and zonic, three names from the era that won four Majors. "When Astralis calls, you need really good arguments to hang up," he said. He arrived as a rifler under gla1ve. In summer 2023, after gla1ve was benched, the team and management asked him to call. He told HLTV it was "a no-brainer."
It didn't last. Astralis added stavn and jabbi, lost to 9 Pandas in the last-chance qualifier, and missed PGL Major Copenhagen, the first Valve Major ever held in Denmark. They benched him on 28.02.2024 "with a sale in mind". Director of sports Kasper Straube said they "haven't succeeded with him in the role of IGL". blameF tweeted that he wanted to continue "as a rifler (non IGL)."
fnatic took him on 14.05.2024, replacing kyuubii and reuniting him with his old Complexity coach keita. HLTV noted they were ranked outside the top 30 when he joined. bodyy called, and later fear did. blameF played star positions. He told HLTV in October 2024 that it was about "choosing a place where I can prove that I'm good enough again." Two Major qualifications followed, Shanghai 2024 and Budapest 2025.
BIG announced him on 09.01.2026 as captain and IGL, taking over from FreeZe. He says his fnatic contract was running out in less than half a year and that BIG gave him room to put his own ideas in place. Three months later BIG had qualified for their home Major in Cologne.
What he has won, and the Major gap
The trophy shelf is shorter than the rating suggests. HLTV credits him with one trophy, the BLAST Premier Spring 2020 European Finals, which Complexity won 2-1 against Vitality on 21.06.2020 (online, during the pandemic). He has one HLTV MVP medal, from the Pinnacle Cup Championship 2022, where Astralis lost the final 0-2 to Heroic. HLTV also lists 14 EVP mentions.
Before 2026, his best LAN run on HLTV's list was that Pinnacle Cup final. After it come semi-finals: Astralis reached the top four at IEM Cologne in 2022 and 2023 and at CS Asia Championships 2023, and finished third at the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2021.
Then there are the Majors. HLTV counts four played and none won:
- PGL Major Antwerp 2022 (Astralis), Challengers Stage
- Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 (fnatic), Opening Stage
- StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 (fnatic), Stage 2
- IEM Cologne Major 2026 (BIG), Stage 2, out 1-2 to B8 per Liquipedia
He has never reached the Major playoffs. For a four-time top 20 player, that's the biggest hole in the record, and it's still open at BIG.
None of BIG's 2026 titles appear in HLTV's trophy list. The 2026 wins with BIG came at smaller events: Roman Imperium Cup IV (18.01.2026), United21 x Esplay Challenge #1 (25.01.2026), NODWIN Clutch Series #5 (05.03.2026, online) and HLC Cyprus Pro 2026, played in Belgrade, Serbia, where BIG beat FaZe 2-1 in the final on 05.04.2026 after already securing their Cologne spot. "I played many playoffs on stages before, and nothing felt like this," he told HLTV afterwards. For where Cologne sat in the year, see our CS2 Majors 2026 calendar.

Aleksib CS2 settings and the captain's road from ENCE to a Major
Mirage had just gone 2-13. One map left at PGL Major Copenhagen, karrigan's FaZe on the other side of the stage, and a Finnish in-game leader who had already lost one Major final, five years earlier, with ENCE. NAVI won Inferno 13-3 on 31 March 2024. Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen had his Major, and Finland had its first Major winner.
He's still calling for the same organization. As of 08.10.2026, HLTV lists Aleksib as a starter on Natus Vincere next to iM, b1t, w0nderful and makazze, with B1ad3 as coach. It hasn't been a good week. NAVI went out of ESL Pro League Season 24 in 9th-11th place after a 1-2 loss to PARIVISION on 07.10.2026.
If you only came for the Aleksib CS2 settings, here's the short version. 800 DPI times 1.06 sensitivity gives 848 eDPI, played at 1440x1080 on 4:3 stretched, according to his ProSettings page last updated 07.10.2026 (we checked it on 08.10.2026). The rest of this page puts that desk next to the thing that matters more for a captain: where he called, what he won, and how little of it depended on his own aim.
apEX CS2 Settings - Four Majors, One Vitality Desk
Four Major trophies. Twenty-two Majors played. Still calling the rounds for Vitality. That is Dan “apEX” Madesclaire as of 01.10.2026 - France, IGL, STARTER on the HLTV sheet next to ZywOo, flameZ, mezii, and ropz.

HLTV tags him 4× Major winner: Cluj-Napoca 2015 with Envy, then Paris 2023, Austin 2025, and Budapest 2025 with Vitality. The same card lists 22 Majors played and a quarter-final exit at IEM Cologne Major 2026. Desk math before the jersey chapter: 400 DPI × 1.91 sens = 764 eDPI - ProSettings last updated 22.09.2026.

If you want to try YEKINDAR's mouse settings, the starting point is 800 DPI and 1.2 sensitivity, or 960 eDPI, as listed on SPECS.GG. You don't need to replace your mouse to match those numbers. What matters is how the sensitivity feels with the space you have to move it.
The crosshair below comes from Total CS's entry for a match on 4 September 2026. Importing it is straightforward. Copying every video setting alongside it takes a little more thought, especially if your PC and monitor are different.
