Aleksib CS2 settings and the captain's road from ENCE to a Major

Kristers Dārznieks
October 11, 2026 9 minutes
Aleksib (Aleksi Virolainen) Natus Vincere CS2 captain

Mirage had just gone 2-13. One map left at PGL Major Copenhagen, karrigan's FaZe on the other side of the stage, and a Finnish in-game leader who had already lost one Major final, five years earlier, with ENCE. NAVI won Inferno 13-3 on 31 March 2024. Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen had his Major, and Finland had its first Major winner.

He's still calling for the same organization. As of 08.10.2026, HLTV lists Aleksib as a starter on Natus Vincere next to iM, b1t, w0nderful and makazze, with B1ad3 as coach. It hasn't been a good week. NAVI went out of ESL Pro League Season 24 in 9th-11th place after a 1-2 loss to PARIVISION on 07.10.2026.

If you only came for the Aleksib CS2 settings, here's the short version. 800 DPI times 1.06 sensitivity gives 848 eDPI, played at 1440x1080 on 4:3 stretched, according to his ProSettings page last updated 07.10.2026 (we checked it on 08.10.2026). The rest of this page puts that desk next to the thing that matters more for a captain: where he called, what he won, and how little of it depended on his own aim.

848 eDPI on a 4:3 stretch: what Aleksib runs right now

ProSettings last touched Aleksib's page on 07.10.2026, the day NAVI's Pro League run ended. The sum is short. 800 DPI times 1.06 in-game sensitivity is 848 eDPI, which means roughly the same hand movement as anyone else sitting at 848, whatever DPI they use.

Video is the usual competitive mix. Boost Player Contrast on, V-Sync off, NVIDIA Reflex off, 2x MSAA, global shadows high, model and texture detail low, bilinear filtering, shader detail high, particles low, ambient occlusion off, HDR on Quality and FidelityFX Super Resolution off.

Not every tracker agrees. specs.gg, on a page marked "Updated October 2026" that we also checked on 08.10.2026, has him at 800 x 1.05, so 840 eDPI, with an older Logitech G Pro X Superlight. That's an 8 eDPI gap, about one percent, and nobody's flick changes over it. We list the ProSettings row because it carries an exact date. If a LAN photo shows something different, this table is the first thing we update.

For scale, apEX, another veteran caller we looked at this month, sat at 764 eDPI on ProSettings' 06.10.2026 update. Both captains run low, steady numbers. Neither of them is building a setup around 180-degree flicks, and neither needs to.

Comparing his numbers with other pros? Our CS2 pro settings roundup has the wider field.

From ENCE to OG to NAVI, with two stops in between

Settings pages usually stop at the table. A captain's numbers make more sense next to where he called, so here's the record, taken from HLTV's team history on 08.10.2026.

The years before the big names were Finnish ones. HLTV lists Recursive in 2015, a first ENCE spell in 2016, then ENCORE and HAVU through to March 2018. The ENCE that people remember starts in April 2018. That young Finnish lineup made the final of the IEM Katowice 2019 Major, knocking out NAVI in the semi-final on 02.03.2019 before Astralis beat them 2-0 the next day. ENCE also won StarSeries i-League Season 6 and BLAST Pro Series Madrid 2019 with him.

Then the stops nobody puts in a headline. HLTV marks him benched by ENCE from September 2019. OG followed, from December 2019 to January 2022, and HLTV's Major list has no entry for those years. G2 came next in 2022, with a Legends stage exit at PGL Major Antwerp, and he was benched there in August. Ninjas in Pyjamas took him in September 2022 and reached the Legends stage at both IEM Rio 2022 and the BLAST.tv Paris Major in 2023. Three of those exits end with the same word on HLTV's sheet: benched.

NAVI signed him on 30.06.2023, the same day as iM from GamerLegion and jL from Apeks. HLTV counts 1,196 days in the team as of 08.10.2026.

Did Aleksib win a Major? Yes, Copenhagen on 31 March 2024

PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 was the first Major played on CS2, and NAVI's run through the playoffs had a little bit of everything. Eternal Fire went down 2-0 on 29.03.2024. G2, one of his old teams, lost 2-1 the next day. Then came FaZe in the final, called by karrigan, who had beaten Aleksib 13 times to 6 in their meetings since 2018, by HLTV's count going into that match.

NAVI took Ancient 13-9, with a jL 1v3 closing the map. FaZe answered with a 13-2 Mirage. Inferno finished 13-3 to NAVI. HLTV reported a peak above 1.8 million concurrent viewers, and the series broke a run of seven Major finals settled in two maps.

The five that lifted it were Aleksib, b1t, iM, jL and w0nderful, with B1ad3 coaching. jL took his first MVP medal. It was NAVI's second Major after Stockholm 2021 and b1t's second as a player. For Aleksib it was the first, five years after the Katowice final with ENCE.

The rest of 2024 backed it up. HLTV lists NAVI wins at the Esports World Cup 2024, ESL Pro League Season 20 and IEM Rio 2024, and the HLTV panel named him IGL of the Year for 2024. In 2026 so far, NAVI have added the ESL Pro League Season 23 Finals (15.03.2026) and IEM Atlanta (17.05.2026). A second Major hasn't followed. His NAVI Major results since Copenhagen read Legends stage, quarter-final, 3rd-4th and Stage 3.

If you want the other side of that final, our karrigan profile covers the FaZe captain's career, including the 2026 Major he won with Falcons.

Firepower 2 out of 100, and that's the point

HLTV's role card for the past three months (31 maps, checked 08.10.2026) is almost funny if you read it as an aim profile. Firepower 2 out of 100. Opening 3. Then Utility 89, Clutching 61, Entrying 63, Trading 59. His Rating 3.0 over that stretch is 0.89.

That's what an in-game leader's sheet looks like when the system works. Across his whole NAVI period HLTV has him at 0.93 over 542 maps, the lowest of the current five. b1t sits at 1.12, iM at 1.10, w0nderful at 1.13 and makazze at 1.11. He throws the utility, makes the call and lets other people take the duels. The trophies came anyway.

He's said as much in public. One HLTV interview headline from 10.06.2026 quotes him: "Now we have the individuals who are bailing us out in crucial moments." Another, from 23.03.2026, is about w0nderful: "He's very hard on himself, so I need to remind him constantly that he's world-class." After this week's Pro League exit, HLTV's 07.10.2026 headline had him saying "We need to enjoy the game more; all these setbacks make you overthink."

The roster around him has moved. s1mple was benched on 27.10.2023 and w0nderful joined from Sprout four days later. makazze came into the active five on 08.07.2025 as jL went to the bench, and jL left NAVI on 01.07.2026. The caller stayed. s1mple shared that NAVI roster with him for about four months in 2023, before the bench move.

One honest gap. Mid-round calling doesn't show up in any public stat. The numbers above tell you what he doesn't do on the server. What he does say on comms is mostly invisible, unless NAVI publishes it.

A thick green plus, gap 1, and no share code

People search the Aleksib crosshair right next to NiKo's and flameZ's. His looks nothing like a star rifler's setup. Same ProSettings update as the settings table (07.10.2026):

CrosshairValue

Thickness2

ProSettings didn't list a share code on that update, so you'll have to build it from the values above. specs.gg does show a code, but it comes with a cyan crosshair, thinner lines and a negative gap, which doesn't match the ProSettings shape. We're not pasting a code that disagrees with the dated settings, and we're not inventing one.

Our read, not his words: a thick, bright plus with a small positive gap is easy to find on screen without looking for it. That suits someone whose eyes spend half the round on the minimap and the other half on teammates. If you want a tighter, flick-friendly look, the CS2 crosshairs guide has plenty of those. The NiKo and flameZ pages show what the star-rifler version looks like.

Viewmodel on the same update is FOV 68 with offsets X 2.5, Y 0, Z -1.5 and presetpos 2. Bob values are lower amount 5, lateral 0.33, vertical 0.14 and cycle 0.98.

Logitech in his hands, ZOWIE on the desk

The kit on his ProSettings page (07.10.2026) is mostly Logitech, which matches NAVI's partner gear, with a ZOWIE monitor and pad.

GearModel
MouseLogitech G Pro X3 Superstrike (Magenta Eclipse)
KeyboardLogitech G Pro X TKL Rapid (Magenta)
HeadsetLogitech G Pro X3 Lightspeed (Magenta)
MonitorZOWIE XL2566K, 24.5", 360 Hz
MousepadZOWIE G-TR
EarphonesShure AONIC 215

Monitor settings on the same page: DyAc Premium, Black eQualizer 6, Color Vibrance 11, Standard picture mode, brightness 82, contrast 62, sharpness 8, Gamma 3, AMA Premium. The PC block lists an Intel Core i9-12900K and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.

Two gaps worth saying out loud. ProSettings' own comment thread suggests the pad may be a ZOWIE with the logo taped over, so treat the pad model as likely rather than certain. And nobody publishes his Rapid Trigger actuation values for that keyboard, so we don't either. specs.gg still lists an older G Pro X Superlight. We go with the dated ProSettings row.
